Pinnacle Rally for Breast Cancer

  • Pinnacle Country Club 11928 Knoxville Road Milan, IL 61264 United States (map)

Pinnacle Country Club is hosting the 25th Annual Rally for Breast Cancer Awareness on Thursday, July 22, 2021 at Pinnacle Country Club. Pinnacle Country Club donates the use
of their course for the tournament and all proceeds will be donated to Trinity Health Foundation, a 501© 3 tax exempt organization EIN 36-3321751. Funds will be used for local men and women to receive lifesaving screenings for early detection of breast cancer.

To help raise funds and make this 25th Anniversary event a great success, we are asking you to consider supporting our cause through the following ways:

- A $50.00 Hole Sponsorship Each hole sponsor will receive a printed sign on the course with their business name, or name of a person that they are honoring. A personal selection may choose either “In Honor of” or “In Memory of” for an individuals name. Each hole sponsor will be recognized on the tournament program, which is provided to all 120 participants, and also printed in the August Pinnacle Country Club Newsletter. Hole sponsorships are due prior to the tournament and may be paid in cash or a check payable to Rally for Breast Cancer

- In kind donations of gift items that may be utilized for our Raffle Baskets. We anticipate a minimum of 50 raffle baskets, with each basket containing a minimum value of $50.00. We will happily accept any and all donations, as gift items will be grouped by our committee members to put together a total basket to meet the $50.00 minimum value.

- Direct donation payments, which may be made in cash or a check payable to Trinity Health Foundation

We thank you in advance for your consideration of these requests. It is because of the support we receive from our community business members and individuals that we are able to make a difference in the fight against breast cancer, for families right here in the Quad Cities.
